Shipping Destinations: We currently offer shipping services within India. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time: Upon successful placement of your order, please allow us 1-3 business days to process your order. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Rest assured, we do our best to expedite the process to get your jewellery to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Charges: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within India. There are no additional charges for standard shipping.

This will allow you to track the status of your shipment in real-time. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the courier service’s system.

Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on your location within India. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package to the provided shipping address. If you are unavailable during the delivery attempts, they will leave a notification for you to arrange for a suitable delivery time or pick up your package from their local office.
